Auret, I agree with you! Dyna, this is exactly the mod I would make if I had the skill, and you accomplished it beautifully! Your Otaku must be a lot of fun to
pose and photograph now. Just a little articualtion in the torso goes a long way to make natural poses. The Otaku's chest is perfect for making this mod
unobtrusive. Congratulations on a job well done!

She's really cute!!! You did a perfect job! That face is awesome!
However, I disagree with most of you there! I'm glad that, for once, a doll favoured aesthetics over articulation! Your Otaku is perfect for sure, but I personally think that it was perfect from the start! Too bad they went for the ugly heads, otherwise, Otaku's got to remain the way it is. For articulation, there are PBs! |

WIP pics What I did are 1st I shorting the neck for CG head, then shorting the neck pole. 
2nd I made a cut under the bust line, then use Dremel to grind it out a hollow space. 
3rd The bottom half I add epoxy putty on top to make a dome shape, and a double ball joints to connect them. 
4th I grind it down the red area a bit, now the shoulder & biceps are easily removable. Sand it down at the biceps and elbow area.

GAHHH!!!! It's gorgeous! in all it's modification splendor, i agree with the others that this would have made the Otaku even better to have better
articulation. Is there any pictures of the process on how you've cut the upper torso away, the entire trunk seems like one solid piece so i can't
imagine how much work is required for you to get the results that you've got!
